The rooms at Platinum Mountain Hotel&Spa were absolutely stunning! I felt like I was in a fancy movie with the modern furnishings and cozy seating area. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, and the flat-screen TV had all the satellite channels for my entertainment. The safety deposit box gave me peace of mind, and the private bathroom was equipped with everything I needed, including free toiletries and a hairdryer.
I personally found the shower a bit small, but I know that others might still find it perfectly fine.

The hotel is a luxurious and stylish venue, with exclusive amenities that made our stay special. The Spa & wellness centre is impressive, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, and we enjoyed a fantastic full body massage in the Spa lounge. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and special diet menus available. We also appreciated the private facilities offered, such as in-room breakfast and packed lunches. The sun terrace with sun loungers and the outdoor swimming pool, with a shallow end and saltwater pool, were perfect for relaxing.
The only minor issue we had was with the Spa facilities, as some guests ignored the clear signs to wear no textile in the zone, and there were no big bedsheets available to lie down in the sauna. However, this did not hinder our overall wellness experience.

The Karkonosze Mountains offer not only high peaks, but also the incredibly charming Izera Mountains, perfect for cycling and hiking. We had a wonderful time exploring these ranges as a family, taking in the beautiful scenery and breathing in the fresh mountain air. The trails to Śnieżne Kotły and the rocks called Trzy Świnki on the Polish-Czech border were especially impressive, providing us with memorable adventures and stunning views.
For families with children, it would be great to have more outdoor activities specifically designed for kids.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the language barrier was a bit frustrating as most of the staff only spoke limited English.

Great location with easy access to the city center. The breakfast selection was good and the coffee was tasty. The cleaning staff did a great job with our room, always making sure we had fresh towels and bedding. Good water pressure in the shower and hot water.
The hotel was noisy during the night, we could hear people in the hallways and doors slamming shut. The air conditioning was not working properly and our room was too hot.
